Can a Gold Card be shared among more than one person?
-
Yes, the Gold Card is transferable by the cardholder so staff members, family, and friends may all share an account. However, it is important to note that only one credit card may be registered on the account so the enrolled person or entity will be charged, not the individual. Those enrolled must self-monitor the use of their cards.
What happens if I lose my Gold Card?
-
First, you will need to contact the Sacramento County Airport System Badging Office (916) 874-0693 to deactivate your card to prevent someone for using your card without your knowledge. All other cards on the account will remain active unless requested to be deactivated as well.
-
Next, you will need to arrange to pick up a replacement card either on your next trip to the airport or by appointment
Do you store my account information?

We do store contact information and the number on your Gold Card(s) to track activity but all credit card information is automatically encrypted and sent to the parking management system for your protection
