Media Relations
Members of the media wishing to do filming, stage live shots or conduct interviews at any of the airports in the system must call a member of our staff before arrival at one of the airports.
24-Hour Exclusive Media Hotline (916) 874-0780
The hotline is for the exclusive use of media personnel and is monitored by Marketing and Public Relations staff 24 hours a day via a duty phone. However, media representatives are at the airport from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. unless an emergency situation has occurred or a request has been made in advance. If you receive a voicemail greeting, the representative may be assisting another member of the media community and will return your call as soon as possible, usually within minutes.
