ILEAV Project Elements
The ILEAV program is proposed to include 61 alternative fuel vehicles:

20 CNG Busses
14 Electric baggage tugs
8 Electric belt loaders (new), which are used to load baggage into aircraft
16 Electric belt loaders (converted from gasoline by Southwest Airlines)
3 Neighborhood Electric Vehicles (NEVs), for use by airport staff
